| Behringer releases V-Amp firmware software version 2.1 incorporating many user ideas and suggestions. The software can be downloaded free of charge. It is available to both V-Amp and V-Amp 2 users. In addition, a user-library interface is also already online.
Behringer software engineers have spiced up the V-Amp software, allowing extended functions, more ease of use and reliability. New features of t
he V-Amp firmware version 2.1 include MIDI out/through function-which permits switching between MIDI out and MIDI through, and a wah-wah with a faster routine that lets the wah's filter respond to each change of the pedals in real-time. There is also improved compatibility with units made by other manufacturers.
With the enhanced V-Amp website files can be uploaded or exchanged. The FCB1010 MIDI Foot Controller complements the Behringer V-Amp 2 virtual guitar Amplifier and also received an update with the new firmware version 2.3, allowing control of all V-Amp 2 functions with extended third-party compatibility and improved bank select messages. |
