Maven Peal Instruments, Inc. announces that Warren Haynes of Gov't Mule and the Allman Brothers bands used a Zeeta .5/15 Gold combo in summer 2002 recording for the new studio Allman Brothers CD scheduled to be released in eraly 2003.
According to Maven Peal President David Zimmerman, Warren Haynes received the Zeeta .5/15 half way through recording the new release, so could only use the amp on half of the cuts. However, because the Zeeta proved to be such a tremendous recording amp, it was used on all of the remaining cuts, including an acoustic number. Haynes told Zimmerman that the Zeeta is "...One of the best recording amps I've ever heard. Just put a mic in front of it and it sounds great." Where ever the mic was placed, the Zeeta's tone rang through loud and clear.
