At Musikmesse Frankfurt 2006, Germany, Kawai launched their the DP-1 digital piano introducing the company's latest technology of tone generation which takes the sound of the digital piano to the next level. The DP-1's sounds include all resonances, pedaling, key noises and more details of a true acoustic piano sound.
True-Polyphony, samples without loop, huge memory for samples and a sound generator that provides almost all kinds of synthesis are combined with High End Studio effects like True 5.1 Reverb and many more to make the DP-1 outstanding. The new sensor panel with its VGA TFT display is very easy to use.
The DP-1 starts shipping in August 2006. |
