“The Concept” alto saxophone mouthpiece by Henri Selmer, Paris

Designed in cooperation of Claude Delangle, Professor for Saxophone at Conservatoire National Superieur de Paris and Christophe Grèzes, Henri Selmer Paris announces the release of the latest in its line of professional saxophone mouthpieces, “The Concept.” Upholding the generational standards, “The Concept” is available for the alto saxophone.
“The Concept” delivers tone quality, consistency and playability that only a Henri Selmer Paris mouthpiece can create. Professor of Saxophone at Northwestern University, Tim McAllister has been playing with this mouthpiece and states, “[The Concept] has amazing response and clarity - better than any mouthpiece before.”
“The Concept”, currently available for the alto saxophone and in one opening (1.47mm), is a round chamber mouthpiece designed for the rigors of classical playing through articulation, allowing for full expression.
