Prolight + Sound 2013 in Frankfurt saw the celebration of the 80th anniversary of Coemar, one of the few companies who can rely on more than a decade of experience in LED lighting. Three new products were added to Coemar's LiteLed Series.
MoonLite LED VW 3000/6500 K is a high efficiency panel, designed specifically for broadcast and photography. LED technology is used to decrease power consumption and maintenance while eliminating heat related issues. Allowing very short distances from the illuminated scene, Coemarʼs MoonLite LED VW 3000/6500 K provides a high output with a 40° beam angle and a full control from cool white daylight (6500 K) to warm white tungsten (3000 K). With just 70W of power consumption, MoonLite Led delivers high efficiency and long lifetime. The lightweight and flat fixture highly portable and can be operated using an optional external Lithium Battery Pack.
The ParLite Led Strobe also benefits from Coemar's LiteLed technology. This luminaire features seven individually controlled, extremely bright LED rings, which can change full strobe modes with frontal circular effects to a standard wash effect for flood illumination with a beam angle of 120°. The durable aluminum body of the popular ParLite Led privides years of operation and allows IP65 rating (optional) for architectural applications.
A suitable digital substitute for the analogue 1500W strobe is the C4 Led Strobe which features an innovative 350W RGBW strobe system using indirect illumination to provide a fully uniform colourmix. The luminaire generates pre-programmed strobe effects which are synchronizable via DMX. The long lasting light source is protected by a durable aluminum enclosure.
Coemar also added to its Infinity series. The Infinty ACL XS is designed to be compact but still fast and extremely powerful. Newly designed optics combined with a 330W Osram Sirius HRI lamp let the smallest unit of the Infinity range deliver a beam comparable to 1,500W fixtures. ACL XS brings variable beam size from 1.7° to 3.3° with high pan/tilt speed, moonflower effects and also a full wash mode (up to 35° beam angle). Suitable also for low noise applications.
Using a 1000W lamp, Infinity Spot L takes Coemar spot fixtures to the next level. Designed for large stage applications, but still housed in a compact and easy-to-serve enclosure, the Spot L provides HD quality projection, dimming and CMY, a new superfast zoom mode (1:5 in 0.4s), superior morphing effects, a new digital ballast technology with PFC, and an extended diagnostic program. The effects engine is fully equipped with two gobo wheels, rotating prisms, a tight and dynamic iris, proportional frost, and CCT control. Internal display battery and Artnet are optionally available.
Also on show at the Prolight+Sound 2013 was the popular Reflection series including the recently added Reflection LEDko P White (3200K or 5600K) and Reflection LEDko P DIM White (3200K or 5600K).
