Klaus Heitzenröder appointed Sales Manager for E-V and Blue microphones

Bringing in a wealth of experience gained both as a musician and as a product manager, Klaus Heitzenröder joined the Straubing based EVI Audio staff of RTS Telex. In August 2005 Klaus took over as Sales Manager for the microphones of Electro-Voice and Blue for Europe, Africa and the Middle East.
A graduate in musicology from the Frankfurt area, the 43-year-old Hessian is familiar with all facets of the music business. As a musician, he played with various groups including Camouflage. As a product manager, he looked after the careers of Nena, Scooter and Aaron Carter. As a label manager, he came face to face with the nitty-gritty of day to day management.
Prior to his hiring at EVI Audio he worked as a product manager for an acknowledged microphone manufacturer and was involded in establishing a flight case business.
"I want to make our products even more successful in Europe, Africa and the Middle East," said Klaus. "And I am confident I can do it, because Electro-Voice and Blue are at the cutting edge of microphone technology and built to the very highest professional standards. Their market potential, therefore, is enormous."
