Randall Amplifiers launches Diavlo series of tube amps

Randall Amplifiers launched its new RD 'Diavlo' series of heads, combos, cabinets and pedals at Winter NAMM show 2103, Anaheim. The RD Diavlo amplifieres will also be showcased at Musikmesse Frankfurt 2013 Hall 4.0. Comprising a full range of tube heads, four cabinets with Celestion or Randall drivers, and two combo amps, the Randall Diavlo offers a full stack of a RD100H 3-channel 100 Watt all tube head with a 4x12" cabinet as well as the RD1C combo with an 8" speaker and 1 Watt of output power. Just like the RD5C (5 Watts and 10" driver) is available as RD5H head, the RD1 also offers the RD1H head version.
Largest combo model is the 2-channels/boost RD40C with one 12" driver (see photo).
Heads include power offers of 45 and 20 Watts matching with different new Randall cabinets with one or two drivers, all featuring a steel grill.
Diavlo means ‘devil’ in Italian and any dish with its namesake is always the hottest on the menu. When brand manager Joe Delaney and engineer Mike Fortin fired up the first RD Series amp they were cnvinced it would be the hottest amp on the market and named it accordingly.
