G-Sharp dual engine guitar rack processor

At winter Namm show 2006, TC Electronic debuted G-Sharp, a dual-engine guitar rack processor with reverb, modulation and delay effects. G-Sharp will also be showcased at Musikmesse Frankfurt. The two processing engines of the G-Sharp each feature 15 different factory settings of TC effects that have all been carefully voiced for specific guitar applications. The reverb engine includes 15 reverb types based on TC's high-end algorithms and is optimized for easy operation. The modulation/delay engine consists of quality delays from the TC Electronic G-Major, and a variety of modulation effects including the legendary TC chorus, as well as tremolo and phaser. G-Sharp is expected to start shipping in April 2006.
G-Sharp is a rackmount-quality alternative to floor pedals providing the crucial digital modulation- and time-based effects. It offers 99 user presets and 256 factory presets. G-Sharp allows for combining any of the 15 different reverbs with any of the 15 different effects from the modulation/delay engine. In addition to the 2 x 15 effects, G-Sharp offers true delay spill-over, tap tempo, full MIDI and TC Electronic TripTrap footswitch compatibility, mono and stereo compatibility and digital I/O.
State-of-the-art AD/DA converters ensure maximum signal integrity, and enable even massive amounts of reverb and modulation/delay to be added to the guitar signal without compromising tonal qualities. Uffe Kjems Hansen, VP of Product Management at TC Electronic, commented on the new guitar processor:"G-Sharp is the perfect fit for any guitar player looking to enhance his current set-up with the best reverb and modulation/delay available, and acoustic guitar players are treated with a superior processor that is likely to contain all the effects they will ever need."
