Casio extends its family of keylighting instruments with a learning function by yet another model, the LD-80 digital drum for both beginners and more experienced drummers. Offering seven touch sensitive drum pads and two foot pedals, the lighting guide system makes life easy especially for first-time drummers. Small LEDs show the drum pad to be played.
The Casio LD-80 features 76 integrated drum sounds, 20 drum sets, and 100 rhythms and accompanying patterns. A recording function allowse drum solos to be saved. Stereo speakers and super bass function deliver big ensure that even listeners remember the good sound quality of the jam session. The MIDI function can be used in combination with a PC or another MIDI compatible instrument to play back other MIDI files and so adds even more musical diversity. The low-profile housing features a futuristic silver finish. Drumsticks are included.

The LD-50 starter model

Featuring four touch sensitive drum pads, Casio's LD-50 aims at beginning drummers. Like its big brother LD-80 the LD-50 includes a visual learning system. Further information is showing from a LC display.
A total of 50 rhythms and accompanying patterns with 47 drum sounds provide variety. 20 effect sounds are available via four keys. Three digital effects can be used to enhance the sound.
