RMV Drum introduced its new 'Deep' series drumheads at winter Namm show 2006. Expanding the range of RMV's currently available Standard and FX series heads, Deep drumheads are offered in 8" to 18" tom-tom sizes and are recommended for all contemporary drumming situations.
Deep heads feature two plies of RMV's Pure White film mounted in a crimped aluminum hoop with a steel insert ring. Along with their increased durability and fresh, clean look, the new heads also incorporate an exclusive internal overtone control system to create a deep yet focused sound. The Deep Series' balance of tone and performance makes them a choice for medium to heavy hitters in live and studio situations.
