The MindPrint Dual Tube Channel features transfomers for the balanced microphone inputs for optimum matching and natural sound. The EQ circuitry uses a parallel structure preserving the integrity of the original signal proceeding it passively while processing only the desired frequencies. The compressor/limiter functions are handled by both opto-couplers and tubes, and due to the integrated adaptive response circuitry, the DTC tracks the signal's envelope as truly as possible.
The range of applications and the basic idea behind the product are similar to those of many channelstrips. However, the DTC features a combination of tried-and-true analog components with the sonic accuracy of today's most advanced circuitry featuring expensive features of esoteric outboard devices as standard. Adding the optional professional digital interface, Mindprint claims the DTC being one of the most performance-oriented front-end products ever developed. Finally, the DTC comes with an exceptional graphic chassis design. Mindprint will be showing the Dual Tube Channel at Musikmesse Prolight+Sound 2002 in hall 4.0 stand E30. |
