Buffet Crampon Tosca clarinet and English horn

At Musikmesse 2003 in Frankfurt, Germany, Buffet Crampon presented the new professional clarinet Tosca made of grenadilla wood or Green Line. The instrument is available as A or Bb model. The Tosca clarinet is designed to have outstanding sound qualities and a perfect intonation. It is tuned at 440/ 442 Hz and comes with two barrels.
Also new at the Frankfurt show was a semi-automatic English horn (cor anglais) featuring that distinctive warm and full Buffet Crampon sound. The instrument is made of selected grenadilla wood and sports silverplated keywork, third octave key, left F-lever, pads made of Gore-Tex and an adjustable thumb rest.
