Peavey introduces extended line of Escort portable sound systems

At Winter NAMM 2013, Peavey Electronics extended its line of Escort portable sound systems, which now include the 300-Watt Escort 3000, the 400-Watt Escort 5000, and the 600-Watt Escort 6000. All Escort systems are showcased at Peavey's exibit at InfoComm 2013, Orlando, Fla, booth #943.
At NAMM, Peavey launched its revamped 300-Watt Escort 3000 Portable Sound reinforcement system. The new Escort 3000 takes the reliability, transportability, and audio quality of the original and combines it with state-of-the-art features such as digital multi-effects, USB MP3 player, Peaveyʼs Mid-Morph technology, and the patented FLS (Feedback Locating System).
Providing storage for everything needed, the Escort’s built in carrying case includes folding speaker stands and plenty of room for optional accessories such as microphones and cables. Desigend to be a quality sound system for schools, churches, DJs and small bands, the entire sound system is integrated into a single complete, easy-to-use and highly portable package. The case even features luggage style wheels, allowing for the entire system to simply roll away.
The Escort 3000 provides 2x150 Watts, a two-way speaker system with 10” woofer, seven channels, six combination XLR-1/4” inputs, custom rubberized knobs, RCA/3.5 TRS media inputs, LCD screen for ease of file playback and effect selection, seven-band graphic equalizer, and speaker patch cables.
The Escort 5000 offers the same configuration and delivers 500 Watts (2x250). It also features eight channels, seven combination XLR-1/4” inputs, monitor send, subwoofer output.
Providing 2x300 Watts, the Escort 6000 offers nine channels, and additional bluetooth wireless audio playback.
