Following an intensive year of development Zero 88 showcased a host of new control products at PLASA show 2008, with focus very much on theatrical lighting control. After its initial preview at ABTT in June 2008, Zero 88’s Orb console made its international debut at PLASA 08. Along with the new Jester TL and TLExtra consoles a new version of the ORB also was exhibited at prolight+sound 2009, Frankfurt, Germany. With a combination of theatrical control philosophy and an adaptable hardware platform, Orb provides intuitive control of both generics and moving lights.
Previewed at PLASA show was a the TL version of Zero 88’s popular Jester consoles, bringing the power and flexibility of these consoles to those operating in theatre environments. In Frankfurt there will be the final Jester XL plus its extended version Jester TLXtra.
Other products on show in Frankurt will be Zero 88’s Chilli dimming system, LightFactory PC based console software, programming and playback wings, and a range of connectors from Cooper Interconnect. |
